The mission of the Michael Cage Foundation is to work with kids through academics and sports-based programs with a focus on mentoring, to provide assistance to charities, and to provide scholarships through fundraising, individual and corporate donations. This is a non-profit organization with 501-C3 status.
Your personal or corporate tax deductible donations will go toward helping fund various projects and charities throughout the year that the Michael Cage Foundation partners with. Your generous donations will go toward scholarships to under privileged kids and families who otherwise could not afford to participate in such an event.
With your continued support, the Michael Cage Foundation will be able to assist other charities, academic, social and sports programs. Corporate Donations and partners are welcomed as well that share a vision of serving people and community. Through this Foundation, it gives me a platform to continue from where I left off at the conclusion of my 15 year NBA career of commitment to kids, family and community.
Growing up in humble beginning in the state of Arkansas has taught me many things, and one that sticks out in my mind is if you can't help hundreds then just start with one. My playing days are over, but I still try to SCORE points by sharing with others, helping others to REBOUND and giving an ASSIST to other charities that share in that vision.
